How It Works

On-boarding Form: To get started, you will be sent an intake form to establish your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and/or any specific dietary restrictions or considerations. Plans can be created for a Paleo, Gluten free, Dairy free, Soy free, Vegan, Keto, or Vegetarian lifestyles.

Customization: Based on the information gathered, Kelly will create a personalized macro-based meal plan that suits your lifestyle and supports your fitness objectives.

Easy-to-Follow: Your meal plan will be easy to follow and will include a breakdown of macro and micro nutrients for each meal and snack. This is all done through the user-friendly Krush it with Kelly App. You will need a food scale to follow proper portion sizes.

Progress Tracking: As you progress through your macro-based meal plan, we'll monitor your results and make adjustments as needed. We believe in the power of tracking progress and celebrating your achievements along the way. You receive full access to the Krush it App which has several progress tracking tools!
