Led by certified Personal Trainer Kelly Okrainec, our macro-based meal plans take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on providing you with the right balance of macronutrients to fuel your body effectively.
On-boarding Form: To get started, you will be sent an intake form to establish your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and/or any specific dietary restrictions or considerations. Plans can be created for a Paleo, Gluten free, Dairy free, Soy free, Vegan, Keto, or Vegetarian lifestyles.
Customization: Based on the information gathered, Kelly will create a personalized macro-based meal plan that suits your lifestyle and supports your fitness objectives.
Easy-to-Follow: Your meal plan will be easy to follow and will include a breakdown of macro and micro nutrients for each meal and snack. This is all done through the user-friendly Krush it with Kelly App. You will need a food scale to follow proper portion sizes.
Progress Tracking: As you progress through your macro-based meal plan, you will have the option of inputting your own food choices for special occasions, while navigating how to independently continue to hit your macros. We believe in the power of tracking progress and celebrating your achievements along the way. You receive full access to the Krush it App which has several progress tracking tools; photos, measurements, weight, exercise stats, etc. Your smart watch can sync directly to the App!
Support: We're here to get you started on the right track! Questions and concerns are completely normal when first adjusting to a new meal plan. Please read all E-mails and attachments regarding Meal Plan Info. Feel free to message Coach Kelly via the Krush it App with any further questions, but please note, weekly check-ins and ongoing coaching and guidance are NOT included with the meal plan.
