The 6-Week Challenge is an intensive program designed to accelerate your fitness and nutrition knowledge, allowing you to progress quickly towards you overall health and nutrition goals. Led by certified Personal Trainer Kelly Okrainec, this challenge combines personalized training, nutrition guidance, and unwavering motivation to propel you towards success.

Workouts: In-Person will receive 18 class credits for the duration of the six weeks, while the Online participant will receive 3 custom workouts per week. These workouts are designed to maximize your results and keep you motivated throughout the challenge.

Macro-Based Meal Plan: Proper nutrition is a crucial component of your success. With our macro-based meal plan, you'll receive a custom meal plan that aligns with your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and activity level.

Online Support: Stay connected through the Krush it App, where you'll have access to support, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins with Kelly. We're here to ensure you stay on track and celebrate every milestone.

Transformation and Celebration: The 6-Week Challenge is all about celebrating your non-scale victories, from increased energy levels to improved strength and confidence. We'll focus on progress, not perfection, and empower you to embrace your journey. The InBody Body Composition scans will give you a more in-depth look at stats such as body fat percentage, BMR, etc.
